Montessori Education

Individual education based on children's interests and abilities. In a prepared environment, children themselves can motivate themselves. As well as, developing sociality through basic life and friendship. We take care not to interfere with concentration during personal activities through promise to keep order and rules. Because the work process is value, discovery, enlightenment, understanding, creativity, independence, and self-esteem are developed.

1. 어린이 흥미나 능력에 기초를 둔 개별교육이다. 

2. 준비된 환경 속에서 어린이 자신이 자발적으로 동기 유발을 할수 있다. 

3. 기본생활과 또래 관계들을 통한 사회성을 개발시킨다. 

4. 질서,규칙을 지키는 약속을 통하여 개인활동중 집중현상이 방해받지 않도록 한다. 

5. 작업과정 자체를 중시한다. 

(과정을 통해 발견,깨달음,이해력,창의력배양)

6. 과정을 통해 독립심,자긍심이 발달한다.
